Ive got the most unique room in Victory!

They had a contest for the phattest room, the messiest, the cleanest, most unique and somethign else I think(only students who wanted to enter were judged not every single room) well anyways they came by and judged today at 8 and then later on i heard something being put on my door and i went out and it says "ive got the most unique room in victory!" im so proud. today some of my new friends hunner, ryan and connor came by to see nancy's hand painted wings and they were looking around my room and compared my room to a gallery and called it an inspiration which it truly is both of those things. I need to take new pictures of my room and then ill show them on here! yay!

this is what im listening to right now
Don't worry if the sun don't shine
You've seen it before, you don't need to worry
Every day's an uphill climb, nothing has changed
Believe me when I tell ya

Don't give it up
Don't give it up

Don't give up, you know it's true
You gotta do what you wanna do
Don't give up, you don't have to
You gotta do what you wanna do

its true though if the sun isnt shining in your life at that moment you need not worry because the sun will shine again. better days are yet to come even though your struggling now.

Well yesterday I got to meet a very nice woman, a pilots wife, who I had heard lots about, actually a childhood friend of another good friend of mine, Brenda, it was so nice meeting you. Next time you come down here, I am going to have to take you to my favorite place in the whole wide world, the rose room. we had alot of fun going to museum earth( such a nice store, im going to buy myself a neclace there when i go back, didnt have time to chose the right one and didnt want to do a spare of the moment buy but i loved that store, funny too cuz ive been in the mall i dont know how many times and never seen that store and that is probably one of the best stores in that entire mall-for those of yall who havent been to golden triangle, its a small mall with not alot of special stores but this is one of those special stores) and then we went to recycled books and then brenda invited me to come along with them for dinner so we went to johnny corrinos and it was a nice treat. i havent had good italian food in a while (sorry champs (the caferia at victory) you just dont compare to johnny's food. it was yummy i had this penne pasta dish with shrimp and chicken. umm umm good!) now brenda, dont forget to instant message me!
we got to keep in touch and dont be afraid to comment cuz now I know you!

Well i found out that the body paint I want for halloween is only gonna cost about 10-11 dollars which is cool. It comes in two parts the lady said one is650 and the other is 450 or something like that. The unitard is like $40 so well see if I can swing for that or not. otherwise ill figure something else out. i can be creative!
my friend had this great idea for shoes tho like taking an old pair of flip flops and running string thru and making them kinda like ballet shoes and then spray painting them. if I cant get the unitard. I may take this old take an old skirt or old panties and spray paint them gold and use that as my outfit along with my all gold painted body. I am gonna figure out one way or another to make this costume look spectacular. Im so excited.

Claudia is going to take me to the DMV tommorow. She says she lost her drivers liscense and all she needed was a picture id (which I have as my student id) and my social card and i can get a new id so I dont need my birth certificate. Im hope we can stop at denton dance and costume world too. I need to sign up for a plasma appt. I think I have to get a physical with them tho since its been awhile since ive donated there (i hate doing it really but theyve upped the prices they pay for plasma and i could use alittle extra spending money)

so I really want to make this calendar I have in my head one photo for it would be a school scene.
Kelexis-bus driver
Maya-sophisticated teacher.
Krystal would be the naughty school girl.
Valerie would be the crazy science teacher.
Cassie would be the lunch lady.
Layla would be like the P.E. teacher.
Celeste could be a cheerleader
Whitney-drama teacher or principal.

another cool one would be one with unicorns, fairies, mermaids,a huge surreal wacky mix of fantasy characters

I could just imagine with the creative talents of the rose room girls, myself, david lachappele (i wish) collaborated together the fun madness that we could come up with to make a fantastic calendar which actually would probably have a pretty high marketbality especially with the gay market (which is a huge market). I would love it if one of the major magazines like GQ or something would do a photo spread of some of the top girls in the drag industry like they did with the gay tv shoot (had will and grace, queer as folk, queer eye for the straight guy, the l word, it was great and one of my favorites today. havent several shots from that shoot in my room on my walls) speaking of my room, tommorow its being judged in the victory cribs contest. ill let you know the results.

well im off to decorate some more and then go to sleep.

until next time,
kisses

diva of the week: Nadja

my diva of the week:NADJA AUERMANN

this woman is beautiful. ive never heard of her before yesterday and im in love already. she is lovely and in some of her photos she has a very drag look to me. I love it.

Auermann was born to two bankers in West Berlin, Germany, who divorced when she was young. Nonetheless, she had a happy childhood. In 1984, her older sister suggested she begin thinking about modeling in order to cash in on her legs, which were unusally long for a 13-year old. In 1989, she left school with the equivelant of a Higher School Certificate with the intention to work for a few years as a waitress while she decided what to do with her life. That was until a woman recommended she begin modeling. She arrived in Paris in 1990, unsuccessfully signing with Karins Modeling Agency in the same year. In 1991, she signed with Elite Model Management and had her picture taken for French Vogue, in addition to appearing in Benneton clothing advertisements. In the following years, she was photographed by super-shooter Ellen von Unwerth and appeared in and on the covers of countless magazines. In 1997, she had her first child with Olaf Björn, a daughter called Cosima. Two years later, she married German actor Wolfram Grandezka. The couple welcomed their first son, Nicolas, the same year.

In recent years, Nadja launched her own perfume ("Nadja Auermann") and has begun acting, having been in two films: Letztes Kapitel (2005) and Dornröschens leiser tod (2004). She in known throughout the world for her recordly-breakingly long legs, which are 114cm (45") long.

Height: 5'11" / 180cm

still shady

well it seems like from what im reading on carriefairfield.com that MGA is still a shady system and that Larry and Terry are like Norman's two evil step sons carrying on the not so great crowning tradition of MGA. Why does it seem too that all of the MGA winners are always old. I was reading CF and came across this interesting post from a friend of Allysa's

I am very dissappointed in the outcome, although I must admit that Nicole will be a great Miss America. I never knew Nicole with any of the work done to her body, but he is a very handsome man, so there is no work there anymore if there previously was. I also agree with the sportmanship aspect, Alyssa and Layla showed their class standing in the Top 5. Alyssa is very dissappointed and upset, Layla is actually thrilled. She knew they were going to throw her a bone this year and she learned A LOT. I would watch for her to be the front runner next year if she decides to go back. Alyssa will not be going back, look for her to be your next Miss Texas USofA. They got Alyssa again this year in Male Interview questioning her about her age and so on, I seriously do not think age should have anything to do with being Miss America, but evidently it does. I personally have told Alyssa to wait 20 years (after she has won every other title) and go back and compete for Miss America at the age of 45 and then they might finally take her seriously!

Congratulations though Nicole, I know you will have a great reign!

I would love for to see Allysa as Miss Gay UsofA.I really want to go to miss texas usofa this year and see that contest (Nancy, lets go! pageant time again! lol) I think she would be a great representative for that system. As an entertainer myself and a girl who dreams of one day wearing a national crown, the kind of mess that plagues and is a tradition at MGA makes me aspire to be MGA. I dream of one day winning Miss UsofA. I would like to win Miss Texas America because I respect that prelim but at the national level, I really do not respect MGA.

oh kelly, i just saw your post on CF, i love that picture. It is great. I have a Diva Wall in my room and that picture is on there........just added it a few days ago in fact!

Change

So today I was listening/watching videos on yahoo music (cuz if theres a music video with the song u can make it play the song on instant demand rather on the yahoo radio, it plays at random) anyways so I was watching the video for new beggining by tracy chapman(one of my favorite artist) and then i saw there was a new video marked 2005 called "Change" and so I thought I wanna hear that so i clicked on the link for that video. The song really touched and made an impact on me.

Change - Tracy Chapman
If you knew that you would die today,
If you saw the face of God and Love,
Would you change? Would you change?

If you knew that love can break your heart,
When you're down so low you cannot fall,
Would you change? Would you change?

How bad, how good does it need to get?
How many losses, how much regret?
What chain reaction would cause an effect?
Makes you turn around, makes you try to explain,
Makes you forgive and forget, makes you change?

If you knew that you would be alone,
Knowing right, being wrong,
Would you change? Would you change?

If you knew that you would find a truth,
That brings up pain that can't be soothed,
Would you change? Would you change?

How bad, how good does it need to get?
How many losses, how much regret?
What chain reaction would cause an effect?
Makes you turn around, makes you try to explain,
Makes you forgive and forget, makes you change?
Makes you change

Are you so upright you can't be bent?
If it comes to blows are you sure you won't be crawling?
If not for the good, why risk falling?

If everything you think you know,
Makes your life unbearable,
Would you change? Would you change?

If you'd broken every rule and vow
And hard times come to bring you down,
Would you change? Would you change?

If you knew that you would die today,
If you saw the face of God and Love,
Would you change? Would you change?
Would you change? Would you change?

If you saw the face of God and Love,
If you saw the face of God and Love,
Would you change? Would you change?

If you knew that you would die today, would u change? hit me really hard and you know i thought im not living like today is my last day. I mean Im not saying that theres like so much wrong with my life that I need to fix. I think Im living as the kind of person that I want to be remembered as, someone who was measured by how much love they give(because I feel I spread love to others) and has a zeal for life but you know my love and passion for life I think sometimes lead me to take life for granted like it will always be there. Why do I wait to do things tommorow that Im perfectly capable of doing today? I mean hopefully and most likely, Ill live to see tommorow and have a long life ahead of me but how do I know that? How do I know that today is not my last day? This year could be my last year on earth (probably and hopefully not and no this is not suicidal or depressed here) but truth be told you never know.I want to make that year really count for something and not waste a single minute. Life is so precious and as we have seen through history even our recent american history with katrina, iraq, 911, it can be snatched away from us so quick in the blink of an eye. If i was told that this day would be my last 24 hours on earth, you better believe that the events of my day would drastically differ than my normal everyday. But why should it have to be that way? I should live my days(everyday) as if it was the last (i know sounds cliche but for real) so that when that last does finally come, I wont look back on my life with regret for all the things I never accomplished because I thought "oh it can wait til tommorow" or "oh I have my whole life to do that" instead of pursuing those dreams and goals now! I find sometimes that I waste alot of time. I have hours of time that is available to me everyday but at the end of the day I dont know where they went and realize I wasted them away and didnt achieve all my goals even though I could have if I had just been efficient. I sometimes end up relaxing and giving myself leisure time before my to do list for the day is done(which when it comes to crunch time and i barely finish a project or dont finish it at all or finish it late, really stresses me out and upsets me) and I need to do the top priority things first and then the time left over I can rest. I know this kind of shift in mentality and behavior will take time but today I want to start making a change. I want to spread love to others in the world, keep my zeal for life and really enjoy all that life has to offer by making the most of my time here on earth! Carpe Diem! I hope the lyrics and the post will inspire u as well to really not take the beauty of life for granted and follow ur dreams now! Everyone have a great day and dont be afraid to change! Much Love! (big smile!)

Congrats Nicole DuBois!

4th runner up.. LAYLA LARUE
3rd runner up ALYSSA EDWARDS
2nd Runner up PORK CHOP
1st Coti Collins
WINNER NICOLE DUBOIS.

Im alittle suprised at this but of course I wasnt at the pageant. I did hear however that Alyssa Edwards won Overall Solo Talent and Overall Talent and she only got 3rd runner up???? Im anxious to see Kelly tell a rundown of what happened and how she felt about the fairness of the contest and all that. I am however proud to see two girls from Texas in the top 5! I actually never heard of Nicole Dubois before.

got wigs?

I do! I finally got all my drag stuff (boobs, wigs, gowns, hoochie skirts (lol), panties, bras, purses, the works, everything except for the makeup. i know what your thinking. how that girl gonna look good with her makeup well see thats where my chosen career and field of study at school comes in handy. theater makeup, so for now that will get me through and then jessica is supposed to go back to her parents and get my makeup soon so il have it all). she used one of my wigs for like her makeup design and put curlers in it and now its curly and its cute and the other one i guess was in my suticase or i dont know but um its like really big now and crimped which for everyday wear is alittle crazy but for show it might actually work to my advantage if i can keep the body but manage it alittle cuz big volume is not a bad thing when it comes to drag not at all!

this message is brought to you courtesy of nancy and john! thanks yall! yall are the best. they helped me get over to jessica's so i could get my drag stuff! they also helped me get to walmart and stuff like that. we ran around denton together doing errands and they are so great! i love these people!

i was listening to my yahoo contemplative mood station (with launchcast plus you can customize moods and contemplative is like the folk mood that ive created) anyways this great song came on and I really liked it! I think its cool. its called 32 flavors. I mean sometimes I feel like my personality is 32 flavors and then some. I think many people are like that. they are not just one way. Sometimes I feel like a boy and sometimes I feel like a girl. sometimes im overly social and then other times Im independent and content being by myself well heres the lyrics. please read them and let them soak into your mind and take your own interpretation.

ALANA DAVIS

32 Flavors

Squint your eyes and look closer
I'm not between you and your ambition
I am a poster girl with no poster, I am 32 flavors and then some
And I'm beyond your peripheral vision so you might want to turn your head
'Cause someday you're going to get hungry and eat all of the words that you just said
I am what I am, I am 32 flavors and then some
God help you if you are an ugly
Course too pretty is also your doom
'Cause everyone harbors a secret hatred for the prettiest girl in the room
God help you if you are a phoenix and you dare to rise up from ash
A thousand eyes will smolder with jealousy while you are just flying past
I am what i am, I am 32 flavors and then some
I'm taking my chances as they come
I am 32 flavors and then some, I'm nobody but I am someone, someone...
I'd never try to give my life meaning by demeaning you
And I would like to state for the record...
I did everything that I could do
I am beyond your peripheral vision so you might want to turn your head
'Cause someday you're going to be starving and eating al the words that you just said
That you said
I am what I am, I am what I am
I am 32 flavors and then some
I'm taking my chances as they come
I am 32 flavors and then some
I'm looking for truth and there is none
32 flavors and then some
I'll never forget where I came from
32 flavors and then some
I'm nobody but I am someone
32 flavors and then some
I'm taking my chances as they come
32 flavors and then some
Looking for truth and there is none

good luck!

Thursday, October 13, 2005

so Im thinking about what to be for halloween. I have so many ideas but one thing is i need an affordable idea something I can actually actualize into reality. I would love to be a showgirl

I also thought about something very creative such as body painting like with face painted too of course and like the rest of the body painted be an expression of that face. I would love it to be aided by my artist friend nancy in that endeavor if I chose that path.

Ive also seen makeups like the one above with rhinestones, sequins, and other things on the face and I think that adds a really cool element as well.

I also thought of being a fairy. speaking of fairies (yes this post is very photo intensive but ive found some amazing photos lately that I cant help but share and Im sure those who read will find them as amazing as I do)
these first two are from fleshandcolor.com, a site that i higlighted in a few post ago a quote from the artist.

this next one if from rankin waddell and its actually from a nokia ad campaign I believe and is amazing

this one is as well and this one actually inspired a 3d art project that I did tonight.

For theater design, we had to do a 3d design project and I didnt really have time to go the store or much money at the moment to buy supplies, so I was like what do I have in my room (well not too much that I thought would be that great unless I was gonna make a city out of popcorn, poptart boxes and bicardi bottles lol) so I was like what about taking some things from nature and I was walking with my friend Blake to the GAB building where he has math lab and right in front of the GAB is these prickly bushes and the leaves were starting to turn a mix of orange/red/yellow with some green still getting ready to fall off and they looked so beautiful to me so I picked a few off the bush. then later on I found a piece of wood that reminded me of a body sitting and so I chose to do a fairy showgirl using the piece of wood as the body and the leaves as her wings and shes sitting on other leaves. I found two little red flowers that I picked and used them as pasties
and then there were these long stemmed plant that I dont know the name of but things grow on them that kinda look like feathers and so I picked like four of them off and ended up using two as her showgirl head dress and then one as her showgirl tail. Later on that evening while actually constructing the project I realized that she needed a bottom pasty piece so I went out and found a little leaf mostly red with a little green at the bottom as the bottom to her outfit and it really turned out great! I love it! I think i am going to entile it "Autumn goes to Vegas". Autumn being the name of the fairy and also the colors in the composition are fall colors. Ill have to take a picture of it.

so I did a google image search on body art and then body painting and boy did I ever find some goodies. Ill post a few now and then more on another post

OMG i saw nipple!

so I was looking at a foreign fashion magazine and it had nudity (female top nudity) and at first I was kinda shocked but then I was thinking I shouldnt really be. Its American culture though that has kinda taught us as americans that any nudity is pornography and in Europeaun society, its not this way. Whats so horrible about the naked body? Is the naked human form ugly? A friend of mine told me of a discussion he had with an online brittish friend about how American people got all up in arms about janet jackson and her nipple being exposed at the super bowl and the brittish guy was like "it was just a nipple."

"We see nipple on tv everyday". In Europe, they have nudity, sex even on primetime tv, with like a disclaimer for parents of course but thats all and its left up to the individual. Why should we be ashamed of the naked body? of the female breast? I mean female breast are beautiful (thats coming from a gay man). Think about it, they are source of nutrition to to the baby and whats more beautiful than motherhood. I believe the naked body is something beautiful and to be embraced not something to be ashamed of,censored or schocked by.

update: 10/13/05
so i saw this quote on one of my favorite new art sites fleshandcolor.com (their fantasy stuff is really great) and i thought it fit this post so im adding it here!(if it appears small and hard to read for you just click on it and it will enlarge to full size)

let me know what you think

also ok these are 2 of my newest favorite pictures (both from zink magazine) both which are gonna go on my wall

isnt this one awesome! i love it! hey i wanna a costume like that!

Also an interesting article I thought Id share with you from the Dallas Voice
Dallas gay leaders OK Miers pick
Only known record of her stances on gay rights
surfaces in lesbian’s garage
By David Webb
Staff Writer
President Bush on Monday nominated Dallas native Harriet Ellan Miers to the United States Supreme Court — turning the eyes of the nation on a 16-year-old document stored in the garage of longtime lesbian leader Louise Young.
Bush named Miers, the White House counsel, to replace retiring Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. Miers, formerly a prominent Dallas lawyer and a past president of the State Bar of Tex-as, is a longtime, close associate of Bush’s. She has no prior experience as a judge.
When she heard the news of Bush’s nomination, Young re-membered that Miers had appeared before the Lesbian/Gay Political Coalition’s screening committee when Miers ran for the Dallas City Council in 1989. The politician did not ask for the political coalition’s endorsement, but she filled out the questionnaire and spoke to the group.
Rummaging through the storage boxes that she had moved from Dallas to Vermont and back, Young found the document. Its existence has now been reported by virtually every news organization in the country.
Young said that she fielded numerous calls from the media this week.
“I think I’ve talked to just about everybody,” Young said. “It’s been kind of wild.”
Young said she kept all of the records from the coalition, which eventually merged with the Dallas Gay and Lesbian Alliance, because to do otherwise “would be like throwing away our history,” she said.
Her foresight apparently paid off.
“It’s interesting that the only paper trail on her stand on gay rights was in my garage,” Young said. “Isn’t that odd?”
Young said her recollection was that Miers appeared uncomfortable when she appeared before the political coalition’s members.
“I say that just because of her demeanor,” Young said. “She didn’t want our endorsement, but on the other hand she was there. She was cordial and not hostile at all.”
Young said some of Miers’ answers on the questionnaire appeared to contradict one another.
Although the candidate said she supported equal rights for gay and lesbian residents, she said that she would oppose efforts to overturn Texas’ sodomy law, which applied only to homosexuals. On another question, Miers said she thought the AIDS epidemic was the responsibility of the entire community and favored greater funding to fight it. Yet she failed to make a firm commitment to opposing discrimination based on HIV status, saying she would prefer that the Legislature address the issue.
“It was kind of contradictory,” Young said. “Some of the answers were not good.”
Joe Solomonese, president of the Human Rights Campaign, said the questionnaire, which his organization distributed nationwide, lends hope that Miers would be a fair-minded justice if she is confirmed by the Senate.
“It raises the possibility that she is more fair-minded than opponents are hoping,” Solomonese said in a press release. “We will be closely watching how the White House responds to this news, and it will be a good test of whether the extreme right wing has hijacked the process on nominating a Supreme Court justice.”
None of Dallas’ gay City Council members served at the same time as Miers. But they all said they have met her and respect her abilities and accomplishments. All said they would be comfortable with her appointment to the Supreme Court.
Chris Luna, a Dallas attorney, worked with Miers more closely than any of the other gay council members. She chaired the city’s Judicial Nominating Commission when he was a council member, Luna said..
“She is judicious, she listens to people, gets all of the facts, doesn’t jump to conclusions. Then she makes a decision,” he said.
Luna added that pinning down Miers’ positions on issues would be difficult because she typically keeps her opinions to herself.
“I think that is why she has been so successful, because she didn’t get way out there and prejudge and stake a claim,” Luna said. “She is flexible, she listens and she keeps her personal viewpoint in check so she will have more maneuverability and flexibility.”
An exception to that habit, aside from the questionnaire she provided to the Dallas gay rights group, came in the 1980s. The Washington Post reported that Miers told a friend that she believed that life begins at conception — and said she was opposed to abortion. The newspaper reported that she had attended a lecture at a Dallas evangelical church with Nathan Hecht, who is now a Texas Supreme Court justice, and expressed that opinion to him after the event.
Luna said he believes Miers is capable of change if she comes to realize she made a mistake.
“When she has made the wrong decision she has no problem in doing a 180 and saying ‘I’ve learned more, and now I understand more about the facts,’” Luna said.
Luna said that Miers has always been accepting of him.
“She certainly knows I’m gay,” Luna said. “She wrote a glowing letter of recommendation for me to the Texas Bar Association.”
Former council member Craig Holcomb said Miers seemed comfortable when he and his partner encountered her at civic and political events.
“She was always very nice to us as a couple and did not seem to feel awkward or anything,” Holcomb said.
Former council member Craig McDaniel said he also found Miers to be cordial. He said it will be difficult for anyone on the right or the left “to mobilize the masses” against Miers because she gets along well with many different types of people.
“A lot of the women in Dallas who have emerged as leaders have seemed to have that same type of personality,” McDaniel said. “They seem to have a comfortableness with lots of different situations and views.”
McDaniel said he is delighted that the president nominated Miers.
“This is as good as we would ever get out of a Republican administration,” McDaniel said.
William W. Waybourn, a former president of the Dallas Gay and Lesbian Alliance who is president of Window Media, which owns and operates a group of gay newspapers, said he is also comfortable with the selection.
“She was always very nice and very cordial and friendly,” Waybourn said. “I don’t remember anything bad about her.”
Waybourn said as a council member Miers had appointed some gay people to municipal boards and commissions, including gay Dallas attorney Don McCleary, whom she appointed to the Community Development Commission.
“I don’t think the right-wing Republicans are going to feel comfortable with her,” Waybourn said.
Political consultant Pat Cotton said Miers has always been viewed as a moderate. Miers impressed people because she is “very smart, quiet and does her homework,” Cotton said.
“I think she will do that as a Supreme Court justice and not let other people make her decisions for her,” Cotton said.
Cotton said she likes the idea that Miers has been a practicing lawyer, because the Supreme Court lacks that experience.
Cotton said she considers Miers’ nomination an “interesting one.”
She added that she believes Bush is confident about how Miers views the issues that are important to him.
“I think he was very deliberate and very careful,” Cotton said. “If she does change into someone with whom he is uncomfortable, he’ll be the most shocked of all.”

ok so I would love to do a fantasy photo shoot with the girls of the rose room, aspen, kelly, jerry and nancy something like the photography of david lachapelle (examples of his work are viewable here ) and suza scalora (here) and like turn it into a calendar(or something like that). It would be so fun. I wish I was able to turn it into reality. I should pitch it to David LaChapelle (haha). I have some ideas for one shot already like an off the wall wizard of oz shot.

(note. all the pictures on here can be enlarged by clicking on them, just so you dont get mad and be like I want to see it bigger, yea you can!)

oh my gosh, so I had a wonderful like 3 hour nap this afternoon and had a crazy dream. In my dream, Aspen was a real girl and a lesbian with this cute short blonde bobb. We were like walking up stairs with kelly behind this cute lesbian from a plfag convention. Aspen totally had a crush on this other lesbian. It was so cute. weird but cute!

Hottie of the day:Nick Lazzerini
Loser of the day: Cassandra (girl, you should have just cut you hair! come on!)
Diva: Aspen Tyler (girl love your new glamour shots! all i can say is HOT!)

ok so i was talking about last time at the rose room and here are some pictures
here when nancy met maya!

heres Lori on stage with Kelexis! She got so embarassed but she took it with stride. She didnt kill us. Kelexis had this other straight girl give her a lap dance and had lori as her little helper! it was great!

So OMG last night was so much fun! I can not wait to get the pics developed. I will like post the whole story later but let me just say it was an excellent night full of laughter, awe and excitement! so today is a fresh new day and I plan to spend the whole day studying and making a difference in my education. This oppurtunity of college will not last forever so I need to take the fullest advantage of the time while I have it. Life, in general, is too short to waste a moment so we must seize the day. Why put something off til tommorow if you can do it today? With that said, off to go study for Calculus (eww!) and US history!

I leave you with this super cute picture of Krystal blowing bubbles! Its from the DPL lots grand opening!
